Description

The highest-strength cable seal for containers and international transport

Titan is the most advanced high-security cable seal in the Lockwise range. Designed specifically for applications where regulations require the highest level of protection, it incorporates a triple redundant locking mechanism: three independent retaining elements acting in parallel, making opening impossible without specialized tools.

Its 5.2 mm diameter galvanized steel cable withstands a tensile load of 20 kN (equivalent to approximately 2 metric tonnes), greatly exceeding the ISO 17712:2013 requirements for the High Security class. Any attempt to cut or tamper leaves visible and irreversible evidence on the seal body.

Titan is the seal of choice for companies that require the highest level of physical security in the international supply chain, especially in the transport of high-value containers.

Applications

Titan is used in the most demanding sectors in terms of physical cargo security:

Maritime containers
Air cargo
Pharmaceutical logistics
Valuables transport

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions from our clients

What is the difference between Titan and LockIn 2.25?
Titan belongs to the High Security (H) class under ISO 17712, with a 5.2 mm cable and 20 kN tensile strength (~2 tonnes). LockIn 2.25 is Security (S) class with a 2.25 mm cable and 900 kg breaking load. Titan is required on high-risk routes and in applications where regulations require ISO 17712 High Security class.
Is Titan approved for ISO 17712 maritime containers?
Yes. Titan is certified under ISO 17712:2013 in the High Security (H) class, the most demanding level of the standard. It is suitable for sealing containers on international routes, complying with the highest level of ISO 17712:2013.
What is the triple redundant locking mechanism?
Titan incorporates three independent retaining elements inside the seal body. If one fails due to a tampering attempt, the other two maintain the closure. This makes it impossible to open the seal without specialized tools and leaves visible evidence of any attempted violation.
Can Titan be customized with my company logo?
Yes. Titan supports black laser printing or multicolor pad printing on the 24 × 27 mm front surface. Available options: company logo, 7-digit numbering in two lines, linear barcode, QR and 2D Datamatrix.
What is the minimum order for Titan?
Standard Titan seals (without customization) have a minimum order of 1,000 units. For Titan customized with logo or special numbering the minimum is 5,000 units. Contact us for specific conditions according to volume and order frequency.
