Description

OliLock

OliLock is designed to provide the highest level of security against opening and tampering in the meter seal category. The additional locking element, protected by patent 4534, immobilizes all internal parts and prevents any action without leaving evidence.

The SAN body measures 32.7 × 39.5 × 21 mm. The galvanized steel cable of 0.6–0.7 mm has an adjustable length up to 250 mm. Tensile strength ranges from 20 to 40 kg depending on the adjustment.

It features three independent laser printing areas: body (13 × 17 mm), upper latch (10 × 20 mm) and lower latch (0.5 × 20 mm). Compatible with logo, 7-digit numbering, barcode, QR and 2D Datamatrix.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions from our clients

How is OliLock different from Anchor?
OliLock has a larger body (32.7 × 39.5 × 21 mm versus 30 × 33 × 12 mm), higher tensile strength (20–40 kg), three printing areas instead of two, and is protected by patent 4534 instead of 4034. Both include an additional locking element.
How many printing areas does it have?
Three: body (13 × 17 mm), upper latch (10 × 20 mm) and lower latch (0.5 × 20 mm).
Why is the tensile strength given as a range of 20 to 40 kg?
The value varies depending on the adjusted cable length. The greater the free length between the body and the anchoring point, the lower the effective direct pull resistance.
Is it patented?
Yes, patent 4534.
Can it operate in freezing conditions?
Range from -40 °C to +50 °C.
What code formats does the printing support?
Logo, 7-digit numbering, free text, linear barcode, QR and 2D Datamatrix.
