Description

Ultra-Destructible Label

The Ultra-Destructible Label (eggshell effect) is made from extremely delicate materials such as foamtac, which fragment into tiny pieces under any attempt to peel it off. This structural destruction makes it impossible to remove the label in one piece and transfer it to another object.

Once applied, any forced contact compromises its structure in an obvious and irreversible way. Tamper evidence is total: the evidence of manipulation is permanent and cannot be concealed.

It supports custom design with company name, logos, sequential numbering and barcodes for full traceability. Main applications include metrology (taximeters, dispensers, scales), electronics (computers, mobile devices), industrial asset management and the food industry.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions from our clients

What exactly happens when removal is attempted?
The label breaks into dozens of tiny pieces that cannot be collected and reused. The surface where it was applied remains with visible residue confirming tampering.
Why is it called the eggshell effect?
Because when someone tries to peel the label off, it chips into irregular fragments just like an eggshell, making intact removal impossible.
Can it be transferred to another object once removed?
No. Fragmentation is total and irreversible.
For which sectors is it recommended?
Mainly metrology, consumer electronics, rental asset management, gourmet food industry and technical warranty seals.
Can it be customized?
Yes: custom size, company name, logo, sequential numbering and barcode.
